These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, smart recovery beverage stations, functional beverages, and workplace consumption analytics (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tori Works Private Limited (“Tori Works”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Tori stations, beverages, and software are provided for workplace wellness use as described in your pilot or commercial agreement.
• You must not tamper with, damage, reverse-engineer, or misuse any Tori hardware or software.

Pilots & Commercial Agreements

Pilots and deployments are subject to a separate written agreement covering scope, pricing, station counts, beverages, service levels, and term. Where these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.

Beverages & Health Information

Tori beverages contain functional ingredients such as electrolytes, caffeine, vitamins, inulin fibre, and protein. They are intended as functional refreshments, not as medical or dietary advice. Individuals with specific dietary needs, allergies, or medical conditions should consult a qualified professional before consumption.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, hardware designs, software, and materials related to the Services are owned by or licensed to Tori Works and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

Data & Analytics

Use of workplace consumption data and analytics is described in our Privacy Policy. Aggregated and anonymised insights generated from station usage may be provided to employers for wellness and ESG reporting.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tori Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
